Fundraisers

To keep tuition costs low and provide some financial security for the future of the school, we must raise funds every year. Your help in fundraising is a vital part of your role in the co-op. The fundraising events can be a lot of fun, and the best part is that your children directly benefit from your efforts!

Our first fundraiser of every year, our Trike-A-Thon and Bake Sale will be held on Saturday, September 28th from 10am-1pm at Sherman Elementary. All funds collected will go toward the preschool’s improvements.

Ask friends and family to sponsor your child before the event then log your child’s laps around our make-shift track. Download your pledge sheet here.
We’ll be keeping those racers revved up with your goodies. Baked goods will be sold by donation.
Everyone is welcome! Bring your families and friends to cheer on your child as they pedal through the cones. Older kids are also invited to bring their bikes or scooters. All riders must wear a helmet. If a helmet is not worn, they cannot ride.
Sponsor sheets will be going out to your e-mail soon and your class rep will be contacting you the week of Parent Trainings for the bake sale sign up.

Sherman Elementary is at 4415 N 38th St, two blocks south of Bethany Presbyterian. Enter at the corner of N. 38th and Cheyenne.

Wear your costumes, play carnival games, pose in the photo booth and enjoy the potluck. Families often stick around for trick-or-treating in the neighborhood afterward. This is event is usually pay-as-you-will, but as always we accept donations to help put the events together.
We sell quality wreaths, garlands and swags made from various fir and cedar foliage. Fundraising begins around the second week of October to ensure that our order is placed in time to be able to distribute orders to families before we break over the Thanksgiving. Orders are complete. Check back next year!

 

 

 

Need to fight off the winter blahs? Come to Winterfest at NOD.  Saturday, January 25th from 10am- 1pm. We’ll have winter themed games, a bake sale, photo ops and more. Join the fundraising committee to be a part of the planning and fun!

 

Every year NOD hosts an auction for our family and friends to raise money to help us support our non-profit school, and in turn support our kids. The proceeds go towards the salary of our teacher, the supplies needed for the school and to keep the tuition affordable to all members of our community. This year we are celebrating our 60th anniversary as a preschool. It’s our Diamond Jubilee! Thank you to all of our donors, sponsors and participants for making our 2020 auction a success! You helped us raise over $15,000! Way to go community!
